2. Purpose and scope
This site and its associated application provide tools to organize information linked to spaces, buildings, documents, incidents, conversations, and other Databitat operational processes.
Access to certain features may require prior registration, authentication, or an invitation to a specific account or space.
3. Terms of use
Users undertake to use Databitat diligently, lawfully, and in good faith, without infringing third-party rights or compromising the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

For dispute resolution, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under applicable consumer and procedural law.
